I need to return an item I bought online?

If you have changed your mind or found that you have purchased more than needed, we are happy to facilitate exchanges or refunds, under the following conditions:

  1. The return date falls within 21 calendar days of the original purchase.
  2. You possess valid proof of purchase (invoice) from Ideal Ceramics Ltd.
  3. Goods must be in their original sellable condition and packaging with all the fittings & accessories.
  4. Items should be returned to your nearest Ideal Ceramics store in Nairobi or Mombasa.

Please note the following:

  • No return or refund will be issued for partial boxes of tiles or tiles that sustain damage during installation.
  • No return or refund will be issued for partial bags of tile adhesives or grouts.
  • Returns for tile adhesive or grout will not be accepted after ONE WEEK from the purchase date on the invoice.
  • Ensure your satisfaction with the product before installation, as no claims will be entertained post-installation.
